Get to know the team caring for
Milford and Henniker families
Decades of care,
now under one name
Family Dental Care of New Hampshire is the new name for two long-standing practices: Family Dental Care of Milford and Henniker Family Dentistry. Same team, same standards, one brand for families across both towns.
Our vision
To be the largest private dental practice in New Hampshire, with the highest-trained team in the state — earning the most so we can give back the most.
It's a vision our owner doctors and practice manager wrote together. It's why we invest in continuing education the way other practices invest in marketing, why we host a Free Day of Care for Veterans every year, and why we sponsor events across both towns. We measure a good year by how much we gave back to it.
What we believe
People before insurance.
We work with insurance, but insurance doesn't dictate our treatment plans. We'll tell you what care you actually need, walk you through your options, and help you figure out how to make it work.
Our focus is on your well-being.
Your mouth is connected to the rest of your body. We look at the whole picture, refer out when we should, and treat you with the attention and care you deserve.
Comfort is non-negotiable.
Heated massage chairs, eye masks, blankets, TVs in every room, nitrous oxide, numbing reversal, digital impressions. We designed the visit around how dentistry should feel.
Our team has to be the best, and the kindest.
Teamwork. Positivity. A growth mindset. Ownership. These are the values we hire for, train for, and reward.

Dr. Joshua Osofsky, DMD
Dr. Osofsky was born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire, where he graduated from Nashua High School. He completed his AB in Biology cum laude at Harvard University and earned his DMD at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He joined Family Dental Care in 2007 and has been an integral part of the team ever since.
His passion for advanced restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry has shaped how this practice approaches complex care. Dr. Osofsky is past president of the Nashua Dental Society and currently serves as president of the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashua Dental Connection, a nonprofit making quality dental care accessible to underserved patients across New Hampshire.
He's been named “Top Dentist” in New Hampshire by his peers every year since 2012. He's a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New Hampshire Dental Society, the Faculty Club at Spear Education, and the International College of Dentists.
Outside the office, Dr. Osofsky enjoys traveling, cooking, and learning about business.

Dr. Nathan O'Neill, DMD
Dr. O'Neill is originally from rural Maine. He earned his degree in Biological Science from the University of New England and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the UNE College of Dental Medicine. After graduating, he spent several years working in dental offices across New Hampshire and Idaho before returning to New Hampshire in spring 2021 to build a life with his family.
He's been an active member of organized dentistry at the local, state, and national levels throughout his career. He has invested heavily in continued education, including several intensive study groups focused on complex restorative work.
Outside the office, Dr. O'Neill and his wife (also a dentist) share their home with two dogs, two cats, and a young son. When they're not talking shop or changing diapers, they're usually hiking or spending time with family.
Dr. Drew Wilson, DMD
A Kentucky native and U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Wilson moved to New Hampshire in 1997 with his wife Denise and their daughter, Elisabeth. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1991. During his Army service, he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and led numerous continuing education programs as a dental officer.
His credentials are extensive. Dr. Wilson has completed over 2,000 hours of continuing education and trained at both the Pankey Institute and the Spear Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He received his Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2012 — a distinction earned by only 2% of general dentists — and is a Fellow of both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists.
He has served as president of the New Hampshire Dental Society and the Greater Nashua Dental Society, and has been a faculty member at the University of New England's College of Dental Medicine since it opened in 2013. Beyond his work in the practice, Dr. Wilson has been actively involved in dental outreach for underserved residents and partners with school programs across the state.

Dr. Sean Perry, DDS
Dr. Perry grew up in New Hampshire and attended the University of New Hampshire for his undergraduate studies before moving to Portsmouth, NH, where he developed his appreciation for coastal living and close-knit communities. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with honors from The Ohio State University, then spent two years practicing in Denver, Colorado, before returning home.
His focus is on restorative and general dentistry, combining current technology with a gentle, personalized approach to help patients achieve healthy, functional smiles.
A serious sports fan, Dr. Perry follows the Ohio State Buckeyes and the New England Patriots religiously. When he's not at the office, you can find him snowboarding, golfing, cooking on the grill, or spending time with family.
Dr. Aman Singh, DMD
Dr. Singh grew up in New York City. He started his career as a high school math teacher, but he always knew he wanted to work in healthcare. That pull led him to Boston University's Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his DMD.
Outside the office, Dr. Singh enjoys playing basketball, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Abygail Shedd, DMD
Dr. Shedd earned her dental degree from the University of New England and brings a warm, patient-centered approach to every visit. She pairs clinical expertise with a genuine focus on each patient's comfort and long-term oral health, and she continually seeks out advanced training and new techniques to keep her care at the forefront of dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Shedd enjoys traveling to new places, taking her dog Ollie on adventures, cooking new recipes, reading, and spending time with family.

Dr. Ava O'Neill, DMD
Dr. O'Neill grew up in Wisconsin, where she completed her schooling through her undergraduate degree before heading east to Portland, Maine, to attend the University of New England College of Dental Medicine as a member of its inaugural class. Her love for New England brought her to New Hampshire, and she now lives in Peterborough with her husband (also a dentist), their son Teddy, and their two cats and two dogs.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Hampshire Dental Society, and pursues continuing education through multiple organizations.
Outside the office, Dr. O'Neill's passions are spending time with family and friends, reading, gardening, and hiking.

The full team
Our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team make this practice what it is. Many have been here for years (some for over a decade), and they're often the first reason patients tell us they keep coming back.
We hire for skill and character. Our team members hold advanced certifications, complete more than 50 hours of specialized training every year, and go through a one-to-six-month training period before they ever care for you on their own. We don't rush new hires onto the floor, and we don't compromise on who joins this team.

A practice that gives back
Every year, our doctors and team open the doors for a Free Day of Care for Veterans. To date, we've donated over $500,000 in free dental services to the veterans of our community.
