How we invest in our team
We don't just talk about training. We pay for it, we plan around it, and we hold ourselves to it.
- 1More than 50 hours of specialized training every year, per team member
- 2A one-to-six month training period for every new hire, so no one is rushed onto the floor
- 3Active participation in the Spear Study Club and the NHOMS mini-residency program
- 4Paid on-the-job training for the right candidate, even without prior dental experience
